BOOSTERTHON IS RETURNING! CALLING ALL ARTISTS!

 THIS IS OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER THIS YEAR!  READY, SET, RUN!!!

Wondering what a Boosterthon Fun Run is all about?   Boosterthon is a fundraising company that teaches millions of students across the nation about the importance of fitness, leadership and character through fun, interactive tasks, games and videos.  These activities run a full week at school (March 29 – April 6) and during the week each student is invited to seek pledges via our fun run website.  The event concludes on April 7th with a school-wide fun run where family is invited to come watch as their children run (or walk) the course at their own pace to help us achieve our goal.  While students and classes earn prizes all week, they are encouraged to raise sponsors for every lap they run on the last day.  Last time we received donations from friends and family in over 30 states and 11 Countries!! ART CONTEST OPEN TO EVERY SOMERVILLE STUDENT

The HSA will be providing shirts for all our students and staff.  The shirts are used to not only unify our school, but also serve as a record keeping tool for every lap the student completes on the big day!  While the back of the shirt displays the lap count and our sponsors, the front of the shirt is where we need artists!  For those interested in designing the FUN RUN Shirt, submit your entry by Tuesday, February 22nd via the HSA mailbox in the main office or email to Somervilleschoolhsa@gmail.com by using the form attached here.
