September 18, 2020 Meeting Minutes

HSA Meeting 9/18/2020 

 Welcome Back! 

Back to School Night was last night (9/17/2020).  All virtual.  Information available from all teachers and grade levels as well as HSA and Dads’ Night.

Directory Update –

Directory will be via app GroupSpot.  Directory available later in the fall but can join GroupSpot now.  Pay HSA membership dues (Pay due via Community Pass) to be able to access the directory once available.

Mask Sales / Spirit Wear Update – one more week to purchase Spirit Wear at Printology.

Looking Ahead:

• Back to School Picnic canceled due to COVID protocols
• Picture Day 9/22 (B Day) & 9/25 (A day).  Hybrid students will have pictures in school.  Remote students come in the afternoon.  Register online.
• Coupon Books -Sales will be all online.  Can even be sold to family and friends out of town. HSA receives a portion of sales
• No Cook Dinner : Make Your Own Pizza Night at Chestnut Deli (Late October)
• Book Fair : Virtual book fair via Scholastic
